Hello!
Today I'm sharing a layout inspired by two challenges:
1) Little Red Wagon posted a challenge to use stitching on your layout (and oh, I did ...all over! ... its so nice and subtle!)
2) Lets Get Sketchy posted a Plus One challenge (which means that I could use only white and one other colour)
And this is the layout I created ...
As you can see, I used off-white and blue for my colours and used various paper cut-outs and brads for my embellishment clusters. You can also see the blue stitching across the top of this photo.
I enjoyed playing around with the different shades of blue ... and I picked the main letters to be the same colour as the corvette in my pictures ... I think it worked! Once again you can see some more stitching down at the bottom of the layout ...
I only recently bought a sewing machine and I have truly been enjoying making use of it. I love how subtle yet effective stitching can be on a layout.
Thanks again for stopping by! Your visit is oh so appreciated :)
