Hello! I'm here today I'm here with a card challenge entry and another card box that I created!
And this was my take on the sketch!!
I enjoyed playing with the new paper doll die that I bought at ScrapFest this past weekend!
I love the colours and theme of this card!
NEXT -- onto the card box! I created this as a gift for my older sister (so that she will have a plethora of pre-made cards on hand) . . .
The box started like this ...
And turned into this ...
I used Jillibean Chicken Dumpling Soup paper ... and covered up any of the patterns that were pre-printed on the box. Both ScrapMuch? and Little Red Wagon posted challenges to use spring inspired colours on a project ... and I think this definitely fits!
I used some punched paper and ribbon to "fancy - up" the top. I kept it flat so that my sister can stack card boxes on top of each other without having to worry!
I used some Thickers to label the box and these really cute cut-outs from the paper collection along with some ribbon and pearls for embellishment. Isn't that chick cute? (I will admit I sparkled her up with some Stickles :)
If you haven't guessed already ... the box is full of Thank You cards!
Thanks for stopping in today!
Wow ... what a a terrific card ... that paper doll die is so super cute, love the flower and flourish, and how cool is that background paper!
