Today I'm sharing a card that I created with some bits and pieces left over from a paper collection. The tag is really designed for a layout ... but it makes for a nice sentiment on a Mothers Day card!
The turqoise scallops are actually part of the border that was cut off of a circular piece of paper in the collection. I've stitched along the scallops to add that extra impact!
